Reporting directly to senior executives, our CFO consultants plan and direct the work of others in all areas of finance on a part-time or full-time basis.

Designs and coordinates a wide variety of accounting and statistical data and reports. Requires a bachelor's degree and at least 15 years of direct experience in the field. Our financial analyst consultants, working under general supervision, compile and analyze financial information for our clients. They develop integrated revenue/expense analyses, projections, reports, and presentations. They create and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and ensure that financial information was recorded accurately. They help with identifying trends and developments in competitive environments and present their findings to the senior management of the client organizations. They also perform financial forecasting and reconciliation of internal accounts.
